The team at Innovo Detox is excited to announce the hiring of Morgan Pagels to Innovo Detox as our new Director of Business Development. A 15-year veteran of the behavioral healthcare field, Morgan brings with her a vast array of experience in numerous roles at several different organizations throughout her career.

Morgan’s experience includes working in sober living, extended care, and national organizations that provide levels of care that include detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment. Morgan’s journey as a professional in the addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare fields has included time in roles in operations, admissions, and outreach. Some of those roles include Director of Utilization Review and Managed Care, Director of Admissions, Outreach Specialist, and National Clinical Outreach Representative.
Stepping into the role of Director of Business Development at Innovo Detox, Morgan Pagels will work closely with the on-site leadership, admissions, and continuing care teams at Innovo, as well as oversee and supervise Innovo Detox community outreach specialists. She will also work alongside Innovo Detox’s Corporate Director of Marketing to create, implement, and execute the overall branding, marketing, business development and outreach strategies of the organization. As Innovo Detox has laid a foundation of community-based treatment in the local and regional areas, Morgan will also look to continue to create and manage relationships with other treatment centers and facilities, clinical professionals, healthcare systems and hospitals, local businesses, and local community organizations.
