Brian Ramos brings 18 years of experience in behavioral health and is passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other life-impacting mental health challenges. His clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, person-centered care, strengths-based interventions, and hope-focused treatment to support lasting recovery. Brian finds the greatest fulfillment in walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing, empowering each person to build resilience, rediscover hope, and create meaningful, lasting change. Guided by the belief that growth requires new perspectives, he encourages patients to embrace new ways of thinking while providing compassionate, individualized care that helps them move forward with confidence.
