First off, They got me an airplane ticket and flew me from my home state to the facility. Upon arrival during intake, it was determined that my blood alcohol level was .3 something so they sent me to the hospital once that came down, they came and got me and took me to the facility. I was there for detox only they made sure I was comfortable. The facility is very nice. There was no pressure if I needed to stay up cause I couldn’t sleep that was fine or watch TV which they had a very nice one in the room with a nice queen size bed. They did my laundry They cooked the food, which was very nice. I also got upset a couple times and went off by myself. I have no idea where they come from or how they knew but a staff member would soon be close by to talk with no pressure.. Once I was safely detox They flew me back home. They also helped with my aftercare and arranged in IOP for me when I got home. They also called and checked up on me and talking with Ashley down in Florida was like a godsend because I needed that conversation God’s angels comes when you least expect it .

This program deserves more than 5 stars! From our initial experience with admissions, all the way through the entirety of the program, Innovo handled themselves with compassion, professionalism and empathy. Our son came here 4 months ago for alcohol abuse and dual diagnosis treatment and is doing fantastic. He is back to work, working out, and has rejoined the family after many years of pain for both of us. I can’t thank the entire team at Innovo at enough for giving us our son back! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a program that truly cares.

I would like to thank counselors Sara, Vicki, and Megan for their help at Innovo. I also thank Natalie, Destiny, Beth, Melanie(3rd shift), Sarah Ashley, and a few others whose names escape me but the bald black guy on second shift that checked me in with nurse Dani. I have to admit. I wasn’t a fan when I first came in, but my 33 day stay was needed. I learned so much from the counselors mentioned and some of the other patients in there with me. I came out a different person than I did going in with good information I do not have a bad thing to say except, yes, they were understaffed but they tried their best with the 30 plus patients there . Rehab isn’t for everyone, but this was my first experience in a facility such as this and I’m glad I came. I also wanna thank the cooks for their help food. They did their best to accommodate. 91 days sober today. I also send a hello to all patients I encountered and talked to there. We had some laughs and good times while in treatment. Hope all is doing well

The food is next level, and you go in maybe feeling a little icky, between the beds and the nursing staff they will have you back to your old/new self again in no time.

I just got home from my treatment stay here and wow ! Just wow! I had a relapse recently this year after a miscarriage and could not find proper treatment for the trauma I endured, let alone My alcohol issues that resurfaced after my loss. This is the ONLY PLACE that truly addressed my trauma issues and helped me through my substance issues. If you have PTSD and a drug/ alcohol problem, this is the only place in the state of PA that really does the work to get you better. I'm looking forward to speaking here at this facility in the next 6 months. Innovo is a game changer for your mental health! Frankly, this place saved My life! Much love to the staff here. From the moment of arrival I was treated kindly, the nurses went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had a really nice room with my own TV, clean bathroom( both were cleaned daily by staff). The counselors were great and pushed me in the direction I needed to go! My life has changed to the better in so many ways since my arrival here a year and 3 months ago! Thank you Innovo!!😉😊

This is the best group I ever been to in long time they have good people that work here staff members and the cooks already good Ms Deedee Miss Sarah and all the other staff that work yet on all shifts has been really nice to me and Megan and all the group team leaders if I forgot anybody y'all still in my heart and mind and thank you for all y'all help anybody can do it if they put it all to it and you have to give it up they will help you get through all the rough times and trials and tribulations this is the best detox ever if you don't want help do not come here because they going to help you get better and put you on the right track and I will be back here within 6 months and I will stay clean and fight through all the rough times if I need help I was told that I can reach out to them thank y'all have a peace and blessed day signing out Michael Gee

Innovo is amazing! Seriously the best! My best friend needed immediate care and they were able to get him in very quickly. The staff is super friendly, kind, and helpful. They have no issues explaining info about treatment and their facility, and were very clear and direct. My friend followed through with rehab after detoxing with Innovo, and has stayed clean since.
