Innovo Detox, located in Adams County, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that Mallorie Schwartzman has been promoted to the new position of Director of Business Development.
On Thursday, March 5th we held our Open House for Innovo Detox in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania in preparation for opening our doors to accept patients on Monday, March 16th. It was a lovely day. The facility was spotless.
Colleen Ramsey, LSW, CAADC, works alongside Clinical Supervisor Brianna Earomirski, LCSW, as the clinical team here at Innovo Detox.
While detox is often considered an experience that is only medically focused, at Innovo Detox we believe that detox is only the first step in a vital continuum of care that will support patients in finding sustainable, lasting recovery.
For many patients, the greatest bonds they form when they enter treatment is with the recovery support staff. The direct support staff are able to quickly develop trust and a relationship with patients, which offers support as they get through their first days of what can sometimes be a difficult detox.
At Innovo Detox we feel it’s important for potential patients, their families, and professional colleagues to meet our staff and know who we are, so they can have a level of trust before starting the often scary process of detox and medical stabilization before continuing on in their process of recovery.
Here at Innovo Detox in Pennsylvania, we understand that making the decision to stop active addiction and seek out recovery is daunting. The fear of withdrawals, the fear of detox, the fear of change, and the fear of living life without drugs and alcohol can be scary, and that fear can keep someone in active addiction for many years.
Here at Innovo Detox, we understand the ongoing uncertainty and anxiety surrounding the coronavirus public health pandemic. However, we also know that people seeking detox in Pennsylvania and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic area cannot put on hold seeking services. Addiction is too deadly an epidemic to “wait till COVID ends.”
We are proud to publicly announce Molly Ashcroft, CADC, as Executive Director of Innovo Detox. With an extensive background working in the field of addiction treatment and recovery, Molly is uniquely positioned to lead the Innovo Detox staff as the premier provider of detox and medical stabilization services in the Mid-Atlantic area for those suffering from addiction, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders.
Innovo Detox is happy to announce that we are now in-network with Geinsinger Health Plan and able to accept any individual covered by Geinsinger Health Plan insurance as an in-network provider.
At Innovo Detox, we want to do everything possible to remove the barriers in place for those in need of detox and addiction treatment services when they reach out and ask for help.
